Lease Rental Discounting
LRD is a term loan offer against rental lease agreements with corporate tenants. LRD is based on lease period, the borrower is sanctioned a loan based upon the rent to be collected over the period of lease. During the loan term the borrower does not receive the rentals as it is directly attracted by the lending body from the lease. The rent is considered the source of repayment, which is credited through escrow account to the lender directly by the occupant over a specified lease period.
